The Loc8mobile tools provide asset auditing, asset verification, reactive maintenance and scheduled maintenance functions on a range of Personal Digital Assistants (PDA's) and mobile devices.

Hand held PDA's with inbuilt barcode scanner provide the ideal platform for in-field asset and maintenance operations. The Loc8mobile software utilises and optimises all PDA features and is compatible with a range of units running Microsoft Mobile 5.0 or 6.0 operating environment.

Communication with the Loc8 sever can be configured to operate in a live and real time format as well as batch and cradle synchronisation formats. The application will communicate over a wireless and mobile communication networks including 3G, GPRS, 802.x and Bluetooth.
