Smartpath Beta Program

During the development cycle prior to the release of new products, we appreciate and encourage our clients and partners to participate in our Beta Program to help us identify bugs and fine-tune functionality in order to better meet your asset and maintenance management and help desk needs, while in turn getting an advanced sneak-peek at coming features!

Smartpath's Beta projects are held during various development cycles of each product or feature release. Our product development team will promote beta availability on this page and notify appropriate Beta Members who have expressed their interest by signing up below.

Program Types

Restricted Beta

A Restricted Beta program is held near the end of our product development phase. A group of interested beta testers will be selected to participate based on the specific requirements of each beta feature. Restricted beta testers will work directly with Smartpath developers during the test period.

Unrestricted Beta

An Unrestricted Beta is held when each product or feature is ready for a first public viewing. A group of registered beta testers will be selected to participate based on the specific requirements of each beta feature.
