Multiplex have selected Smartpath's SaaS (Software as a Service) Loc8 option to manage their IT assets world wide.  The hosted solution provides many benefits such as allowing Multiplex to ramp up the project quickly as there is no software to be installed and providing availability globally via the internet.

Multiplex and their IT outsourcing partner will use our web based asset management and help desk solution, Loc8 to report and manage their assets.

As part of the project, an asset audit will commence mid July of approximately 100 locations across Australia, Dubai, United Kingdom and New Zealand. The audit will include barcoding all IT assets at Multiplex offices and managed properties.

The audit will provide an accurate asset base to manage IT assets in the future.
