Spotlight is Australia’s largest chain of fabric, craft and home interiors superstores.  With 100 stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and further expansion scheduled this year, Spotlight have identified the need to manage their IT assets including POS equipment more efficiently and have selected Loc8 for their asset management and help desk solution.

The project implementation includes a business process review of their asset management and help desk.  The process includes a number of workshops to establish current processes and compare them with “best practice” to ensure Spotlight provide the best possible service to the stores.
